Yes, SCAPS (Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator) is a software program for solar cell simulation. It is available for Windows and there is a free version available for use.
I loaded the file numos CIGS baseline.def. I defined the working point. In the action panel I selected I-V characteristics. Calculate single shot is not enable. How can I enable it? What's the mistake I did?

I have searched for your inquiry, but I couldn't find anything about this. I've also checked the official website, but the only thing I could find is an email you can use to address this inquiry to the developers of this program.
Use the following website, then scroll down until you see Send your request to. Copy the email address and then contact the developers.
